About a year and a half ago, I began Project 365 and successfully finished it in June of this year. For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, you can read more about it on this site: http://photojojo.com/content/tutorials/project-365-take-a-photo-a-day/.
It is a hard project in that you are often forced to take very lame photos in order to meet your photo of the day requirement. However, it is also an amazing way to improve your photography, learn how to get more creative and just have a photographic journal of your year.
This year, I decided to try the project again and started on January 1st. My first photo of the year was lame and consisted of a shot of our backyard. But since lame photos are par for the course, I am not going to let it get me down.
Today, day 3, I pulled out my camera while watching my 4 year old climb all over her Daddy. I love the collage photos I created and definitely think it captures the obvious fact that she is defnitely a Daddy's little girl. This set of photos just illustrates how great this project is, I was just relaxing on the couch while this was going on and really didn't feel like getting up to find my camera - yes lazy butt - but thanks to the project, I did!
I highly recommend this project to everyone and anyone!!!
Have a great week!
