Quiet, simple and perfect. That is pretty much the only way to describe the wedding of Miranda and Clint. I met this oh-so-sweet couple about 4 years ago when I was hired to take photos at Clint's company picnic. Miranda and Clint then contacted me a year or so later and asked if could take "just because" photos of them. They weren't technically engaged, but knew it was inevitable and really wanted to capture that time of their lives.
I was then contacted my Miranda earlier this year when she told me that she and Clint were going to get married this summer!!!!! They were going to have a very small wedding in at the beautiful Foxburg Inn. Their wedding was only going to include immediate family, with a small dinner/reception to follow for more extended family. And that sounded just perfect.
The wedding took place on a (very) warm Friday afternoon. Miranda and Clint wanted to start the day with a "First Look" and then do some intimate bride and groom portraits around the gardens before the ceremony. The ceremony took place in a small garden. It was short but very sweet and with so much honest emotion and love.
The day concluded with a relaxed reception where Miranda and Clint greeted all their guests as they arrived. And then Miranda surprised everyone with a speech thanking her friends, her family and her new husband. It was so heartfelt, it actually brought this photographer to tears!
I truly just loved working with Miranda and Clint again and loved the opportunity to meet their friends and family.
Now onto the photos!
Thank you all so much - I wish you all the best!!!!!!!!
