Katherine and Jared - a Winter Engagement Session

I met Katherine and Jared at their amazingly beautiful home in the Tionesta area.  It was a day in November that ended up being picture-perfect with some fresh new snow and some perfect light!  And this couple was really so sweet and so down-to-earth and fun.  It really couldn't get any better.

I am really looking forward to their wedding later this fall year which will also be on their property.  I just know it will be just gorgeous and amazingly sweet and fun.

Thank you both so much for choosing me as your wedding and engagement photographer.  I just can't wait to work with you both again!

Meet Jasmine! | Erie, Pennsylvania Senior Photography

I feel SO bad that I have not blogged this session yet.  Obviously, it was done QUITE a while ago (considering the landscape was a tad whiter than it is now...).  And this senior is no longer a senior but is now a college freshman!  ....but better late than never!

I met beautiful Jasmine at Frontier Park in Erie PA - one of my favorite locations in my hometown!  It was cold, but not insanely cold.  And the sun was shining.  Most seniors want their session in the summer - or the ever popular fall foliage season - but really, ANY time of year can be absolutely beautiful!  Especially when you have good light and a beautiful smile!

Now onto the photos!

And I should mention, I am still booking seniors and family fall sessions but my fall weekends are almost completely booked.  I do have some weekday availability though, so if you are interested in scheduling - please contact me soon!

Until next time!

Winter wonderland! | Franklin, Pennsylvania Engagement Photography

I often get clients who express that they would love a session in the snow.  Problem is, it is hard to plan around weather forecasts.  And when you are talking about snow you are also talking about possible COLD.  And that cold can be bitter.  And it can be windy.  And sometimes, it can be just downright miserable!

But for Kaitlyn and Travis the stars truly aligned.  We planned a session for a Sunday morning in early March.  We hoped the ground would be white.  We hoped it wouldn't be too cold.  And we hoped the lake would still be frozen so we could do some of the session ON the lake.

And low and behold….it was snowy (and beautiful!)!  And not-so-cold!!  And not windy!!!!  And we had a frozen lake!  PERFECTION!!!

Thank you so much Kaitlyn and Travis!!  It was so much fun working with you and I am looking forward to your wedding in September!

Now onto the photos!!!
